For most serviceable pin codes, we deliver within 3-5 business days. However, due to unforeseen circumstances like weather, strikes, remote locations, stocking issues, or any other reason, it may take longer. You will, however, be able to track your package using a unique tracking link that we will email you after your order is sent to our delivery partner.

During the holidays and major promotions, shipping may require additional time. Once an order is packed and ready to ship, a label is printed for the shipment, and customers will receive a email message stating that their shipment is on its way, along with the tracking number.

Instead, we offer a replacement for issues like torn packaging or damage during transit. To be eligible for a replacement, please share an unboxing video with us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

1. Dispatch Timeline

Products are generally dispatched within 3–7 working days of order confirmation. Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the availability of the courier service.

2. Delivery Responsibility

Delays or damages during transit will be the responsibility of the logistics partner. We ensure safe packaging before dispatch and work only with trusted courier providers.

3. Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are advised to check the product seal and packaging at the time of delivery.
  • If you notice tampering, damage, or broken seals, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

4. Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and courier details to monitor the delivery status.

5. International Shipping
