1. Eligibility for Return/Replacement

  • The product is damaged or defective upon delivery.
  • The wrong product has been delivered.
  • The product delivered is near expiry date.

2. Reporting Timeline

Customers must report any issue within 7 days of receipt of the product. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return or replacement.

3. Non-Returnable Products

Food/Edible items such as oils, sugar, salt, flour, millets, etc. are non-returnable and non-refundable once opened, due to health and safety reasons.

4. Refunds

  • If a refund is approved, it will be processed in the original payment mode.
  • Refunds typically take 7–10 working days to reflect in your account.

5. Exchange Process

6. Important Notes

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging along with the invoice.
  • We reserve the right to reject returns/exchanges if products are used, tampered with, or not in their original condition.
  • Any logistics/delivery delays caused during return transit are beyond our control.
